This short narrative animation tells the story of Pinto, a dog, and Beau, a baby, who find themselves alone together. Engaging in a playful dispute over each other’s meals, both Pinto and Beau end up dissatisfied and hungry. However, when their owner intervenes, they are led to the kitchen where bowls of beans, their mutual favorite food, await them on the table. Satisfied and content, the duo bonds over their shared joy. I made this animation with a simplistic cartoon style and lighter colors that are reminiscent of 1940s cartoons.
